The Washtech M2C Passthrough Dishwasher – 500mm Rack is a commercial hood-type dishwasher featuring an integrated heat condensing system that reduces steam emissions and energy consumption. Designed for high-volume hospitality kitchens, the M2C provides powerful cleaning performance while maintaining excellent efficiency.

The heat recovery system allows the machine to preheat incoming water using captured steam, creating a cooler and drier kitchen environment while reducing operating costs.
