Dishwashers Direct supplies commercial catering equipment intended for professional use.

Inspection on Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any freight damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are generally not accepted once equipment has been dispatched.

Where returns are accepted, goods must be unused, in original packaging and approved prior to return. Freight and restocking fees may apply.

Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty it will be handled in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.

Misuse
Warranty claims will not apply where equipment has been incorrectly installed, misused or operated outside manufacturer specifications.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
