The Washtech AL8C Passthrough Warewasher with Heat Recovery is designed for commercial kitchens that regularly clean oversized and heavily soiled kitchenware. Ideal for bakeries, production kitchens, supermarkets, hospitals and food processing facilities, it combines high-performance warewashing with an integrated heat recovery unit to improve efficiency and support a productive workflow.

By recovering heat from exhaust steam to preheat incoming cold water, the AL8C helps reduce steam emissions and energy consumption. Its large wash chamber, durable stainless steel construction and versatile wash cycles provide reliable performance for demanding commercial environments. Suitable for installation without an extraction canopy in many situations.
