The Hobart Profi FXL Undercounter Dishwasher is designed for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, butcher shops and commercial kitchens that require reliable dishwashing with the flexibility to wash larger trays and cookware. Its XL wash chamber accommodates 600 × 400 mm trays, making it an ideal solution for busy operations handling a wide variety of wash items.

Featuring a 500 × 500 mm rack, VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH controls and the GENIUS-X² fine filter system, the Profi FXL delivers dependable cleaning performance while helping reduce water and detergent consumption. Optional features such as the 2IN1 double rack system provide additional flexibility for higher throughput in demanding commercial environments.
